Please post the link to your character's Laurelin Archives profile (if applicable)
How would you describe your knowledge about Lord of the Rings and Dwarrow in specific?
I'm a long time admirer of Tolkien's work, so I've been reading a lot, and fell in love with Khazad Dum since then, and created a dwarf in every game I could play.
How did you get in contact with our Kinship?
I was simply browsing the Laurelin forum, and saw a mention of a dwarven brotherhood
Do you know any of the Durin's Folk members or have you been in contact with anyone?
not yet, I've only been back in Lotro for 4 days.
Why do you wish to join a dwarf-only kinship, as opposed to a mix or other race-oriented kinship?
Contrary to my belief in real life, in middle earth I think a lot is also about keeping what is, or what has once been. And the dwarven's history keep those memories alive of our loses, and the bound that I feel drives me toward a dwarf kinship, it seems obvious I could say.
What are you looking for in a kinship and what are your expectations of Durin's Folk?
I don't have that much time to play (roughly 1 to 2 hours per days), and beeing in Reunion island in the Indian Ocean, i'm lagging 2 hours behind, so I'm looking for a kinship to have a lively experience, and my only expectation of Durin's Folk is to be part of something greater than me, and in where I can play my part
What kind of activity level are you likely going to have within Durin's Folk?
I would like to take part of as much as possible, I want to learn as much as possible about Dwarrow and their Lore and Culture
Which of Durin's Folks Pillars would you like to join? (select one of the Pillars)
I would like to join the Pillar of Force
And finally: tell us a good joke
well, beeing a french dwarf, that alone could be a joke, but naye! An elf once told me I was too small, so I had to reply : guess what, you see my feet, harless lad? yes, he replied. well, they do touch the ground as yours, and it's the only size that matters!, so go find wisdom elsewhere, for you seems to breath strange things up there!
